We are a DAO. We are Decentralized Autonomous Organization. Meaning we are not owned by a company or person, but a collective ran by the cryptoverse and the people that contribute to the DAO. We are first movers in digital asset pricing, valuation, and protection. We offer pricing intel on crypto assets. Valuation services including the world's first AVM (Automated Valuation Model) for Metaverse digital real estate, and NFTs. We offer independent neutral 3rd party appraisals that can be used for collaterization, tax valuation, defi lending, private treaty sale, auction, marketing to prospective buyers, and insuring assets.
Our Point Blended Valuation Method
Algorithmic-We use data from our world's first algorithmic AVM (Automated Valuation Model) that we have developed and is a top tool on google for NFT and Metaverse valuations.Collector Curator Opinion - NFT collectors and curators give valuation opinion, which gives an angle of what the market will bear for pricing on the asset.
Digital Artist Opinion - The artist's valuation opinion lends a view of artistic trait and intrinsic value to an asset.
Tokenized Asset Valuation - Assets for tokenized assets are valued by type. If it is a business or piece of real property it valued by a specialist according to the asset type.
Crowd - We crowdsource valuations based on Aristotle's wisdom of the crowd. Sourced crowd experts often add another view of the valuation of an asset.
Appraiser - Appraiser opinion of value.
Blended Score Price Opinion:
This contains our 5 point valuation method. It can be used as a basis for value curiosity, marketing a potential sale, auction, or private treaty sale. Price Opinions cannot be used for IRS, tax authority, legal,and insurance purposes. This requires a USPAP appraisal below.Cost of Blended Score Price Opinion: The cost is $295 and does not include the appraisers finalized value as with our appraisal product. You will get a digital certificate showing the blended score price opinion that you can link to with a permanent url address. You can put the link in the NFT's metadata or in any marketing material or medium you choose.
Appraisal:
It is important to seek an independent neutral 3rd party appraisal, that is not associated with the marketplace or transation. The appraisers report is a deeper research into the traits, provenance, catalogue raisonné, utility, replacement and fair market value comparables on the blockchain. Appraisal reports can be used as a final point in time assessed value for pre-purchase assessment, tax, charitable donation, Form 8283,damage and loss, gift tax, insurance, division of property, family or entity equitable distribution, estate planning and liability, inheritance, asset management, pooled investment and collateralization for DEFI or other lending. All appraisers are USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) standards compliant.Cost of Appraisal: The Appraisal engagement is based on an hourly fee set and agreed to upon engagement. Our Appraisals are never a percentage of the value, as percentage can influence valuation. Unless under an ediscovery legal hold or under a forensic analysis, or a very large acquisition, in most cases the NFT can be kept out of hold or escrow while being appraised. Should the item need to be held in escrow all interested parties will be kept apprised during the appraisal process. You will get an appraisal report that you can link to with a permanent url address. You can put the link in the NFT's metadata or in any material or medium you choose.
A 30% discount is applied for galleries, and museums, auction houses, individuals holding a collection that is needing bulk appraisals of 3 or more NFTs. If onsite appraisal is needed then reasonable accomodations such as travel, hotel and food will need to be provided to the appraiser at actual cost.
